If you’re new to Lumafield, you will need to gain access to your company’s Organization in order to see scans and data from your scanner.

Create an account with your company email at voyager.lumafield.com to begin.

Organizations access is provisioned by Managers. Your company will have one or more managers that can give you access. Before or after creating an account, you’ll need to locate a manager and ask them to add you to relevant workspaces.

Workspaces are groups of projects and users. Typically, managers organize their teams into different workspaces to provision access to different groups of data.

Many teams locate helpful information on or near the scanner to help their team collaborate - look near the scanner for more information if you’re struggling to find a manager.
