# Triton 扫描指南（Application Development 模式）

Application Development 模式允许您在预定义零件程序之外执行自定义 CT 扫描。此灵活模式非常适合研发（R\&D）、检测单个或一次性零件，以及微调扫描参数以为新产品线建立最佳设置。

### **访问要求**

Application Development 模式仅限以 **主管** 权限登录的用户使用。登录后，在主菜单底部选择 **Application Development**。

### **调整扫描设置**

Triton 上的 Application Development 模式在功能上与 Neptune 上的标准单零件扫描完全相同。有关配置扫描参数和优化手动运行的完整操作指南，请参阅 [Neptune 定位指南](/zh-Hans/neptune/neptune-positioning-guide) 和 [**Neptune 自动扫描设置指南**](/zh-Hans/neptune/neptune-auto-scan-settings-guide)。

### **逐步扫描操作流程**

1. **固定零件：** 将零件牢固地安装到转换托盘上
2. **清理载物台：** 按住 **Air Release** 按钮释放旋转载物台上的气锁，然后取出现有托盘
3. **装载托盘：** 将已固定零件的托盘放置到旋转载物台上
4. **锁定到位：** 松开 **Air Release** 按钮以接合气锁。手动检查托盘以确保其完全锁定且牢固
5. **配置设置：** 在界面上选择所需的扫描参数（参数建议请参阅 *Neptune 设置指南*）
6. **开始扫描：** 检查您的参数并启动扫描
