# Triton 托盤治具

Lumafield Triton 對所有應用使用一種標準化的托盤設計。治具或緩衝器可以安裝在這些托盤上，以組成客製化的掃描解決方案。

<h3 id="main-mounting-features">
  主要安裝特徵
</h3>

托盤的頂面設有用於客製化治具的整合安裝點，前後面則包含用於連接緩衝器延伸件的螺紋孔。這些介面特徵在下圖中以顏色標註：

* **紅色（治具安裝）：** 12x M6 x 1.0 螺紋孔（深度 6 mm，間距 30 mm / 60 mm）
* **綠色（對齊）：** 2x 治具對齊銷（直徑 4 mm，高度 5 mm，間距 50 mm）
* **藍色（緩衝器整合）：** 4x M4 x 0.7 螺紋孔（前面 2 個，後面 2 個）

  治具對齊銷和可選緩衝器

為了適應更大的零件或非標準的治具位置，可以如下圖所示安裝前後緩衝器。此設置為超出托盤基礎輪廓的組件提供了所需的額外間隙。
