# Triton 掃描指南（Application Development 模式）

Application Development 模式允許您在預定零件程序之外執行自訂 CT 掃描。此靈活模式非常適合研發（R\&D）、檢測單件或一次性零件，以及微調掃描參數以建立新產品線的最佳設置。

### **存取要求**

Application Development 模式僅限以**主管**權限登入的使用者使用。登入後，在主選單底部選擇 **Application Development**。

### **調整掃描設置**

Triton 上的 Application Development 模式在功能上與 Neptune 上的標準單件掃描完全相同。有關配置掃描參數和優化手動執行的完整操作說明，請參閱 [Neptune 定位指南](/zh-Hant/neptune/neptune-positioning-guide) 和 [**Neptune 自動掃描設置指南**](/zh-Hant/neptune/neptune-auto-scan-settings-guide)。

### **逐步掃描程序**

1. **固定零件：** 將零件牢固安裝在轉換托盤上
2. **清空載台：** 按住 **Air Release** 按鈕以釋放旋轉載台上的氣鎖，然後取出任何現有托盤
3. **裝載托盤：** 將裝有夾具的托盤放置在旋轉載台上
4. **鎖定到位：** 鬆開 **Air Release** 按鈕以啟動氣鎖。手動檢查托盤以確保其完全鎖定並固定
5. **配置設置：** 在介面上選擇所需的掃描參數（請參閱 *Neptune 設置指南* 以獲取參數建議）
6. **開始掃描：** 檢查您的參數並啟動掃描
