Analysis Recipes are Lumafield’s solution to automated scan processing.
Lumafield is pioneering automated inspection solutions that can address all kinds of inspection needs. We know that X-ray CT data is full of rich insights that can take hours to fully understand. In addition, we understand that each part has different hotspots and areas of interest.
Analysis recipes are a completely customizable solution to automate operations and analyses that can be performed in Voyager.
The number of capabilities that can be automated is endless. Reach out to Lumafield support to discuss your automation needs. For the time being only Lumafield can create recipes. Work with your solutions engineer to unpack your requirements and see if your task can be automated!
For the time being, custom analysis recipes are associated with a single workspace.

Auto ROI
This analysis recipe detects individual parts in a scan and separates them into automatically oriented and cropped ROIs. These ROIs attempt to maintain a relative, regular coordinate system across each ROI and maintain orientation if the original scan contained multiple similarly oriented parts.
Running a global analysis recipe or a custom analysis recipe is possible at the time of scan, or after the scan from within a Voyager project.
In the auto scan and the manual scan tabs, there are two fields that relate to running recipes:
