Triton pallets
Lumafield Tritons use one standardized pallet design for all applications. Fixtures or bumpers may be mounted onto these pallets to form custom scanning solutions.
Main mounting features
The top surface of the pallet features integrated mounting points for custom fixtures, while the front and rear faces include tapped holes for attaching bumper extensions. These interface features are color-coded in the diagram below:- Red (fixture mounting): 12x M6 x 1.0 tapped holes (6 mm depth, 30 mm / 60 mm apart)
- Green (alignment): 2x fixture alignment pins (4 mm diameter, 5 mm height, 50 mm apart)
- Blue (bumper integration): 4x M4 x 0.7 tapped holes (2 on the front, 2 on the back)

To accommodate larger parts or non-standard fixturing positions, front and rear bumpers can be installed as shown below. This setup provides the extra clearance needed for components that extend beyond the base footprint of the pallet.
