What is the Import function, and what is it used for?
The import tool allows you to attach certain files to the Voyager analysis project for use in various workflows. At the moment, the primary use of this tool is to load .stl file types for use with the comparison tool.
When importing an stl file, there is a selection of what units of measure are required. The default for many stl files is in millimeters, which is also the default for stl files exported from voyager.
