Preparing for your first scan

IT and network configuration

To ensure your scanner can connect to Voyager and receive the latest features, it must be properly configured on your local network. Enabling additional firewall access is highly recommended, as it allows for seamless automatic updates and faster remote troubleshooting. Please email support@lumafield.com to request Lumafield’s IT Requirements document for technical specifications.

Regulatory and safety compliance

Before you can begin scanning, you must satisfy all regulatory requirements:
  • Radiation Safety Training - complete your company’s internal Radiation Safety Training
  • Scanner Registration - follow state or local guidelines for scanner registration and regulatory compliance

Platform access

You must join the Lumafield Organization associated with your company/team to access your scanner’s data.
