Overview

Voyager Labs provides access to experimental features and advanced analysis tools that are in continuous development. These features offer cutting-edge capabilities for specialized use cases and advanced users who want to explore the latest innovations in CT scan analysis.
NOTE: As of March 2026, Labs supports both Cloud and On-Prem environments. GovCloud is not yet supported. If you do not see Labs in your toolbar, contact your admin or support@lumafield.com.

What is Voyager Labs?

Voyager Labs is a tool that houses:
  • Experimental features in active development
  • Advanced analysis tools for specialized applications
  • Beta functionality for early testing and feedback
  • Research-grade capabilities for academic and industrial research
Labs Bar Use Labs on individual Projects, Studies for experimental features that span multiple Projects, and find Other tools that do not operate on any Projects.

Using Labs

Find the Labs Apps by selecting the Labs Tool from the Toolbar. All Apps available to your Organization will display within the Labs Tool.

Data Quality Toolkit

The Data Quality Toolkit is live for all paid Voyager users. This suite of tools provides advanced capabilities for assessing, validating, and optimizing radiographic data to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in your workflow.

ROI Copy & Paste

The ROI Copy & Paste tool is live for all paid Voyager users. This tool allows users to copy and paste ROIs between reconstructions in the same project, or in different projects. This tool is useful for customers who are performing similar analyses across projects. This tool will be continuously updated.

2D Dimensioning

The 2D Dimensioning App is live for all paid Voyager users. This tool supports feature finding, reference construction, and dimensional measurement on slices of 3D reconstructions, with options to export and publish annotated results.

Labs features are available on a limited basis as we refine and perfect each tool based on real-world usage and feedback.
